Short Bio: Tyler is a Cuban American born and raised in Florida. He’s a video editor and journalist who has worked for The Los Angeles Times and The Daily Mail. He was the starting center fielder for the 2002 Holiday Park Little League All Star Team.
Short Artist Statement: I like to write about the underdog. The kid who doesn’t fit in. I hope to inspire empathy through comedy.
Logline #1: “Lil Queasy” - Feature Comedy in the tone of Napoleon DynamiteAn aspiring rapper, Lil Queasy (cause he’s so sick), vows to prove himself to his friends and family, but his creativity is stifled by his Catholic High School and his Northern Florida environment.
Logline #2: “Magfest” - Raunchy Romantic Comedy - While at a work-related convention, an insurance salesman embarks on a whirlwind journey of self-discovery at an adjacent gathering of geeks.
Logline #3: “Relationship Game” - Multicamera Sitcom - Follows the lives of four millennials living in South Florida as their lives, goals, and relationships are constantly uprooted by the hurricane of life.
