Short Bio: Jaclyn Parker is a TV writer from Toronto. Her jam is writing off-kilter, sometimes anecdotal comedy with a splash of dark humor. She enjoys writing characters at their rock bottom because that’s when human actions are innately interesting. Her scripts have placed in several competitions and festivals, including the top 15% of Nicholls. She has experience interning at a TV production company and a large management company. She published her debut novel, Success Has No Place Here, in Fall 2019.
