Short Bio: Candice’s most prized possessions are a burned DVD copy of Drop Dead Gorgeous her best friend made her in 6th grade, a dyke pin she wears everyday, and a moleskine notebook she writes her ideas in. Through constant moves and life changes, these are the things that ground her and remind her why she decided to become a screenwriter. Candice likes to write stories centered on women, people of color, and queer folks. She hopes to give voice and representation in a way that has heart and humor.
