Short Bio: After forming the band Free Energy, which headlined festivals around the world, performed on Letterman, and toured with Weezer, Paul returned to his true love - writing and directing. He’s currently a working D.P., and he’s written over a dozen award-winning feature scripts and t.v. pilots. His short film “Stranger Danger” won best editing, best live action and best picture at the 2019 UCLA short film awards. This summer he’ll be directing his first feature, “Night City Zappers.” Things Paul loves: his Wife, Los Angeles, breakfast tacos, waterfalls, and Mad Max: Fury Road.
Logline #1: Night City Zappers
Over the course of a single night, a single-mother must retrieve a U-haul full of stolen Zapp with her deadbeat boyfriend and her DJ neighbor in order to rescue her daughter from The Wolfman, a crazed drug dealer.
Logline #2: Gentle Boy in the Dark Forest In 1656, a Puritan couple adopt an orphaned Quaker boy with uncertain powers, which causes their village to unravel into violence.
